Because IQ Test Zone is a self-service tool rather than a company with an account system, the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:

What we cannot help with
We are not able to provide a clinical interpretation of your score, professional psychometric evaluation, or advice about using your result for a diagnostic, educational placement, or employment decision — this test is not built or credentialed for that purpose, and no correspondence with us can change that. Response expectations
Written enquiries sent by email are normally acknowledged within two business days, and substantive replies follow as quickly as the question allows. Privacy requests are handled within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries received over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.
Telephone enquiries are answered during United States business hours. Email is usually the quicker route for readers outside those hours.
