The test

Forty three-by-three figural matrix questions, a 40-minute running timer, and a result scored in your browser the moment you finish. Find a quiet spot without distractions before you begin — noise, interruptions and multitasking all make visual reasoning harder.

Before you start

Each question shows a three-by-three grid of shapes with one element missing, and six choices underneath. Work out the rule connecting them — rotation, symmetry, a change in position or shape, a repetition — then pick the option that completes the relationship.

  • 40 minutes. The clock runs continuously and submits for you at zero.
  • One question at a time. Noise and multitasking make visual reasoning harder.
  • 40 questions, six choices each. Tap an answer or press 1–6.
  • Nothing is uploaded. Scoring happens entirely inside your browser.
